Tasty cookies
This is the 2nd time In the last year that an employee has waited on me with her gloves on. Took my money, gave me change and went back to rolling out the cookie dough with her nasty gloved hands. I said something the first time, this time I decided I wouldn't go back. It's obviously a training and management problem. I am going to report them.
Brian at the cookie shop was very friendly and helpful! I like my cookie with extra frosting and the ones on display wasn't enough frosting. He whipped me up a fresh giant cookie with the amount of frosting that I wanted. Great customer service!
I ordered a cookie cake for my daughters birthday. On the day I was to pick it up it snowed an inch. The store never opened. Not a problem, but the store never notified me. I show up after work to pick up the cake and find out there will be no cake. If I had been notified I would have made other arrangements. Very poor management, poor customer service, poor professionalism.
