From start to finish, my experience at Cool Smiles Dental was nothing but pleasant. The front desk staff are highly professional and answered all my questions prior to my appointment. When I arrived, Alex (the hygienist) took me back within 3-5 minutes of me arriving. Alex had such a sweet and pleasant demeanor. She made me feel right at home. Dr. Dava, was also very friendly when she came in towards the end of my visit to do the dental exam. Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in their respected department.

As a new patient, I was made to feel very comfortable and the dentist was very nice and friendly the young lady that did the impression could not have been nicer, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule for my next visit.
It was an excellent experience with little pain during/after the cleaning process and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will continue to visit this office and location for my dental needs.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist because my gums and mouth would hurt for days after a cleaning. I went today and Alex was so gentle and amazing I couldn't believe we were already done when she finished. I will no longer fear my dentist appointments thanks to Cool Smiles!
