Closets by Design may have a good product but I have yet to find out. In 2010 scheduled a consultation. The designer came out, looked at the closet and told me she would meet with me again to show me the design and go over. I never heard back from her. A few weeks ago I again scheduled a consultation, a designer came out an took a look at my closet. She didn't leave the house until she had the designs finished, but she was suppossed to email the final design and quote. Never heard from her again. I'm not sure how this company has many customers if they don't follow through on the design/quotes.
Closets by Design was Amazing!!! From start to finish. Our designer took all of our need into consideration, and even gave great tips and ideas.....The installer was professional, courteous, hard working....perfectionist, not to mention punctual and time efficient. The outcome well exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled. I would highly recommend this company.
