They were out of whole oat groats this week, however, they carry the widest selection of organic foods and Gluten-free items I have found. Their food bar used to be better. It is difficult to find much to eat from the food bar that isn't spiced. That makes it tough when a person has food allergies.
A great place to grab lunch. The buffet is amazing and the sandwiches are crazy good! Large selection of groceries - on the pricy side. The chicken tenders on the buffet are my favorite - top off a spinach salad with one!
I enjoy the large selection of teas they have here. I find myself trying ones I’ve never heard of.
If you like sweets pick up a cookie ... even the gluten free ones are yummy here.
Nice Whole Foods, went here for a tea which I returned due to being cold, but it was happily replaced. Nice service, nice staff, but otherwise your typical Whole Foods. No other major shops around this area of you are looking for something more mainstream
They have a great selection of fresh produce. Store is very clean, they sometimes have live music in their bar area. Oh yes they have a bar where you or a spouse can get a glass of wine while waiting for significant other to finish shopping and/or grab a bite to eat since they have a great Hot Lunch/Dinner and Salad bar. If you don't feel like cooking drop by on your way home and pick up a meat and 3 plate or hot pizza or calzone. The down side is the high prices for the convenience.
This was my first visit to a While Foods, and I can safely say that it does not live up to the hype. I went in mostly out of curiosity, but also out of some necessity. I was needing a few ingredients that I was having trouble finding in other stores. I was able to find one ingredient, but after double checking online for any other possible location to buy from, I was able to find the same product for half off. I understand the inflated price on some items because a lot of what the store carries is supposed to be organic, but shouldn't you just overcharge for those items only? As if the ridiculous pricing wasn't bad enough, the staff want even friendly. I'm always willing to pay more if I at least get good customer service, but this store was not the case. There were numerous opportunities where we were clearly trying to find something in an aisle with an associate who blatantly ignored us. We did eventually ask someone for help, and while they were polite, they were clearly uninformed of what the store carried. By the end of our visit, we ended up putting back what little we contemplated on purchasing and just decided to go elsewhere. One last thing. I commend the company for not forcing associates to wear cheesy uniforms, but at the same time, at least ask that the employees look professional. I felt like everyone working there had either come straight from another job working in a marijuana field, or from hanging out at a skate park. Keep in mind that this is just my opinion based on my experience. Everyone is different and the rest of the world may like the sort of experience that you get here. To each their own.
