Simply put, ownership of this place is terrible. Poor policies are in place for customers and employees alike. This store will never shine with with its current doom and gloom environment. Also, owners are very unwilling to invest any money into the customer experience. How old is that TV upstairs??? It must weigh 300 pounds and it looks terrible. Well, there is that flat screen monitor... which is a security screen.
