Poor communication skills at this location. Registration kiosk very misleading and once you've received a ticket and it's wrong......go the end of the line and start over and wait...nobody will help you. Complained about the kiosk and how it mislead me.....no type of corrective action since I was the first person there...instead I was told "sorry, we've reported the problem". Now I'm stuck having to wait after 15 people that arrive after me. This place lacks leadership that will do what is right, instead they point the finger at the kiosk manufacturers and get out of doing what's right. No thanks to the worker...Ms. Shawn.
If you are going to get your license renewed it will take very little time. You fill out everything and pay on an iPad then just have to wait for your picture. I was in and out in 30 minutes
Of course, the DMV disappoints all of us once again. None of them give two craps about anyone there. You have to wait for like 3 hours even with an appointment, even when no one is there. It's just ridiculous. Don't even go here if you don't have to. It's just the worst government facility ever.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER SEEN! I sat there for two hours and they called up a total of 5 people within that time frame with more than 15 people on the list. There was a 20-minute period where they didn't even call a single person up. Do not go.
