Simple date night plans to come watch a movie ended up being the worst experience I’ve ever had at a movie theater. I don’t typically ever write reviews but this experience was something for me to allow others to be aware of our situation.

Filthy theatre. Always has been and was hoping things would change with this renovation. From entry to food area to theater to bathrooms, to overflowing garbage bins, absolutely filthy. What a shame for such a beautiful facility. Says to customers, we don’t care. Service poor. This dine-in/serve yourself concept may seem good on paper, but NOT working. Don’t know if it’s poor management, poorly trained staff, or both, but will be going to Hollywood 27 or Green Hills from now on. The novelty of dine-in is not worth the actual experience.

Good food! Nice theater! Comfortable chairs and clean movie theatre. Nice staff! The prices are fair! What I didn't like was when the server gives you your bill during the last thirty minutes of the movie; it is very disruptive.

This is the second time to go to this theater. The theater itself and the reclining seats are great. The service both times has not been good. Our server seemed very irritated the entire time. We never received our pay out ticket and had to wait 10 minutes after the movie to receive it.

We were unaware that there was a button in front of the seats hidden where the food tray was hovered over to call for service. The server politely mentioned that the associates upfront were supposed to inform of us that, while after we left and spoke to a manager in where HE said that the SERVER was supposed to communicate to the guests before the screening of that Call for Assistance button by our seats, which she never did.

The manager was kind enough to apologize and get us a pass for whatever movie viewing for us to come back and to try again. Thanks for reading through his banter. The lesson here is just be aware of the button to call for your server or you’ll never get one

Reclining seats with rotating desk-like tables are nice. Plenty of leg room and aisle space. Wait service was a little slow, but we had a group of 11. Had the chicken tenders and fries, which tasted about as good as fast food fare. At $17 it was very overpriced. May be understaffed, so the "sold out" theater was only half full.

The second time, this past Saturday, (1) There were drinks in the theater left from the previous showing, (2) we ordered our food 15 minutes before the movie started and it took an hour and 15 minutes for our meal to get to us and was almost room temp. The person next to me waited 45 minutes for a coke. (3) Again, we were not given our pay out ticket before leaving and again had to wait 10 minutes after the movie was over for it.

It was our first time attending the Dine In experience with a showtime of our movie at 10:15pm. We arrive to the theater at 9:30pm and even find our theater room and sit down around 9:50pm. First ones and only ones there for quite some time. No sign of a server or any communication of how we were supposed to receive service. Eventually we learn and ask the server about 10:45pm~ of when would we be able to order, but unfortunately the kitchen was closed without any knowledge of that.

This theater is in the nicest part of Middle TN and this service will not be tolerated for long. If these things aren't fixed this theater will not last.
