I have gone here a few times and had “Ok” experiences. The last time I went, I was told that I could not pick the puppy up from the crib. That’s fine (but other people had seemed to be doing that very thing). I was told that on saturday’s holding more than 2 puppies after the a certain hour was not allowed. It was strange how that rule was made up on the spot. I had never heard of that rule in the times i went. The cribs smell, and the puppies do not look very cared for. Bad experience.

Very poor customer service. These puppies more than likely come from a puppy mill. The owners seemed friendly at first, but became very rude and arrogant when I mentioned the smell. I wasn't rude about it at all. Very rude to my children when they asked to hold the puppy we were looking to buy. I do not recommend this business to anyone. And will not buy one of there inbred or worse puppies. Do they not know that that causes major problems?

I haven't been in the store personally, but reviews show somethings off. All the 5 star posts are the same. Everyones nice, place is clean, lots of puppies to hold. If i had such a great experience finding the new member of my family here, i wouldnt be so generic. Also all the 1star reviews talk about sick puppies, bad smells and rude service with pretty specific stories. The way the owners respond proves they probably are rude. Quite frankly, idk how posting email chains with past customers is supposed to be positive. It shows to me you're argumentative, you sell sick puppies (known or not) and care more about proving someone wrong than fixing the other problems like the smell. There are too many reviews with sick puppies or rude service, and honestly they seem more realistic than the "the people here are so nice" posts.

Puppies proven to come from puppy mill they don't care about their pets or the people who buy them but more about their reputation. DO NOT buy from this store, you are buying from a puppy mill and your over priced pooch is 90% likely to suffer from defects that the store will deny is their problem. Dogs proven to be sold from puppy Mills for $400 and less to this pawfect puppy store and they up the price to $2,000 + for straight profit, none of that money goes to helping the dogs in their care and not one of the puppies sold there has ever been to a verified vet either. if I could give it 0 stars I would.

A few months ago, I stumbled into this cute puppy nursery. The staff and owners were very helpful and informative. A 4 month old German Shepherd caught my eye and I fell in love. Lucky for me it was my birthday and she was my gift. I have never owned a large dog, let alone a German Shepherd. The owners informed me that her stool was loose and I shouldn't worry about it. They even gave me tips on what I should feed her because that's what they fed their German Shepherd. At this point, I felt comfort that they were willing to give us all these tips on german Shepherds and they also printed about 5 informative articles for us. One thing I did not like is that the German Shepherd used the bathroom in the kennel she slept in and she has never experienced the outdoors. She was scarred to death of EVERYTHING. Overall, I was pleased with the purchase. When I got home, I saw what they described as "little loose stool". Our poor Chloe had really bad diarrhea. The next day we took her to Vet to get her checked. The vet ran a fecal float which came back negative. She asked us what kind of food we where giving her and we told her that the place we bought her from was giving her Puppy chow and we are switching her to Nulo. She informed us that sometimes switching from a bad quality dog food to a premium/high quality dog food sometimes shocks their system and gives them diarrhea but if it continues we would have to send a stool sample to get analyzed. About a month past and she still had diarrhea, it was on and off but it was still there. So, we sent a stool sample to the lab and it came back positive. Our poor dog had Giardia. Which is passed through ingesting feces that contains it or contaminated water and can be passed to humans. After spending almost $600, we got her the proper treatment and I am pleased to say she is parasite free. Since she's had the treatment we have noticed a change in demeanor. She is more calm and finally happy. I just wish that the owners would be more attentive to the dogs and attempted to give them a cleaner environment so these dogs don't have to suffer with parasites. I also wish that they hire a different Vet because I'm not a Vet and I know that pooping liquid is not good sign. I don't know how they didn't catch it. These owners need to realize that taking care of animals is not an easy task and they need to spend the extra money to give these dogs the care that they need. I don't regret buying a dog from them because my dog is wonderful in every way and I have given her a healthy, happy life. I did not purchase her, I saved her.
