Worst experience ever!!! They told us our 2month old daughter has to wait at least 3 days for them to compound Omeprazole for her acid reflux condition. She has been crying incessantly for the past 3 hours today because she is in pain....is it really that hard for them to mix a liquid up and dilute it to make it suitable for an infant after calling in the prescription 8 hours ago??! Do not go to this place!!!! They just don't care! Store was empty when I walked in and no other customers were waiting around to justify the 3 day waiting period for this prescription! Which by the way is unheard of regardless of whether you go to a busy drug store chain such as CVS or Walgreens! Also false advertising on their website stating you will have to wait no more than 10 mins for a rx!!!!
Difficult communicating with the pharmacy. I received a partial voicemail message from them about my prescription refill. I returned the call and they said they couldn't reach my dr.'s office. I called my dr's office and reached them immediately and they sent the refill order to them, but it took nearly two weeks to get communication back and forth between the two. Apparently, they are very small and don't notify when a prescription is ready which is understandable, but when I've called twice and called the dr.'s office for them, it would be courteous and professional to follow up so the patient knows what's going on. It seems like a good pharmacy in most ways, but difficult to get good communication.

I drove from Columbia to pick up a very important medication for my husband. I realized that they closed at 2:00 on Fridays so I called them at 1:47 to let them know I was on my way...like 1.5 miles away. They refused to wait for me due to carpet cleaners at their place. The person I spoke with was not accommodating at all and basically was arguementive as I begged her to let me pick up the medication. I now have to make a special trip up here on Monday.
