Horrible customer service. THE worst. The girls that answered the phones were very rude. I was cut off multiple times and put on hold. They transferred me to the same voicemail each time I called without my needs being met. I specifically asked them not to transfer me to Misty Ragland because she did not return the countless calls and messages left from me and my colleagues throughout the last two weeks. They kept transferring me anyways. It was very frustrating.
Very nice office. Plenty of parking and the area around it is very beautiful.
The girl that answered the phone was very assuming and rude. I asked to be transferred to an HR department based on the orders of my overseer who needed to convey a message to them. She assumed I was solely trying to verify employment and refused to help me or transfer me to the correct party. She placed me on hold, and handed the phone over to a woman named Laura who resorted to name calling before quickly transferring me to a help line. Acadia Healthcare does not seem to care about first impressions, and with so many competitors out there, why would anyone choose a place where you are treated poorly by people in bad moods with no etiquette?

Upper management will land up costing the company dearly. They come in when we have call ins and do nothing. You can ask any nurse. They are sent admits and don't even do the basics which is nursing assessment and call the doctor. They turn it in us Luke that and we are supposed to guess. They tell us it's doneThey sit at the nurses desk talking about staff and it gets back to us. If you like being nit picked go to work here. They haven't given me any training. I came the n to hostile environment. I told DON (Yanawn). They have an interimf director that is running what is left off. The ones that they run iff are the ones that have tried to do a good job while ignoring the fact the we are the only ones doing the job. I
