We spoke with realtor Lauren Sullivan and was made to feel like we had to prove that we could buy before we even saw the house. Was told about how important her time was and to bring a pre-approval or get pre-approved with there in house finance. I do have my pre-approval letter but this was a first for me. I would not set a time to look at a house if I was not in the market for one. There are to many realtors in Nashville to have to deal with this.
