This is one of the last nice neighborhood's in Franklin with home's under $300,000 and is not a mobile home park. Very nice ranch and 2 story homes built behind one of Franklin's many parks. Parks have baseball, soccer, tennis, basketball, skateboard park, walking trails, playgrounds and very convenient to downtown.
Hope one day there is no need for a emergency vehicle to come in to this place because you or a loved one will die before they can get to you because of all the parking in the streets they will not be able to get to you in time
