It's a pretty good mall. The Jewish lady that sells the salt is very attractive because she flirts with bargaining and has nice skin, so I guess extra Star for her. You're welcome, Mall!
Great mall, recent upgrades and additions makes it rival Green Hills... pretty much has anything/ everything you might need (store selection). Nice indoor play area for kiddos, good food variety in the food court, decent parking. Usually very clean and safe.
It's really nice, clean, plenty of stores to offer. The renovation on the south side is nice. They've really done a good job. I highly recommend going here for a day or so. Plenty of good shops to visit. One of the only malls in TN that has an Apple Store. Great mall
Beware of the white haired lady selling toys at the kiosk by the food court. She sold me two counterfeit lol dolls for double the price of a real one while telling me about her relationship with Jesus Christ. I’m actually surprised they allow her to have a set up there since she is clearly scamming people.
The Cool Springs Galleria has some stores that are well-worth visiting. The food court has a good variety, and their are plenty of stores to catch your interest. This area is beyond crowded close to Christmas, but the rest of the year it is just right.
I do wonder how long malls will be around, given the ever-increasing popularity of online shopping. I assume that clothing stores stand the best chance of making it, as trying on clothes is pretty essential.
