Rude and unprofessional service. They never informed me to get to my appointment early to fill out paperwork. I arrived five minutes late because I went into the wrong location to wait (they never told me which of the two buildings I was scheduled in). The receptionist, who was on a personal call when I arrived, was incredibly rude and told me I would not be able to have my appointment because I had paperwork to do and was completely unhelpful in rescheduling, forcing me to cancel the appointment I was initially on time for. Do not recommend.
I have visited both buildings on Mayfield Drive in Franklin over the past year or two. The recent visits have been much better in all areas of service, friendliness, confidentiality and wait time. My recent laser hair removal with staff member Winter has gone very well. Other staff members have been attentive in explaining product information in detail.

Wonderful environment. Very pleasant staff. My treatment was great. The music and atmosphere was very inviting. I had the pleasure of meeting the Nurse Practitioner and one of the laser technicians and I will be back for more treatments.
I went in for my appointment the staff was friendly, the office was beautiful and the young lady that did my treatment was amazing and listened to my concerns and explained everything to me. I will definitely return.
