Walked up and they essentially closed the door on me during posted hours that they should be open. Was looking for water fountain for my two kids and was refused, not sure that is the best way to endear people to Franklin.

Granted I'm biased, but you'll not encounter a group of people who love serving Franklin, Tennessee and the visitors that come from all over the world to experience the southern charm that is #FranklinTn!
Informative even if a bit off the main road. Friendly too. Make sure to check out the neat shop and revolutionary war cemetery down at the end of the road the visitor center is on!!
