I joined boot camp last October after being a fairly strong walker, but having taken a 20 year hiatus from circuit machines and weights. The first week was brutal, but it is incredibly inspiring to me to see how far I've come and how each week I get stronger and can push myself more and more. The other women in the class make it fun as we are all very human and have our off days....and Kelly AND Katie (our newest leader) rock as instructors. Their positive attitudes and challenging natures really continue to push me every day. Every time someone says "I can't believe you do that", I smile and say "I can't believe it either! But I love it!". I can't wait to try out the Zumba and TRX classes next....
This place just opened but they are wonderful. They don't require a joining fee. You can just buy a class card. I have tried the Boot Camp and the Zumba classes. Both Joey and Kelly are awesome! They have both met me where I was fit-wise and are great to encourage me to push harder. The Zumba classes are great fun and Kelly is a very high energy teacher.
As a resident of Franklin I'm very happy to have a facility of this caliber in my community. I'm being personally trained by Joey and enjoying a zumba class with Kelly. Their desire and professionalism to meet my needs demonstrates their Christian values to serve, teach and strengthen the body and spirit which is a gift from God. Their facility set up is not the normal big gym; it's intimate with colorful hues and equiptment that's not overwhelming but gives me a sense of empowerment because of the routine versatility. I can get my workout done without being there all day, feel great, sleep good and look forward to the next visit. Thanks Joey and Kelly for sharing your passion!
