Love the gluten free
The employees are always very nice. (At this location as well as the store on White Bridge Rd.) My favorites are White Chocolate and Pecan Praline! My husband likes the Strawberry. I recently tried Carrot and was disappointed. The icing was amazing but the cake was dry and did not have a great taste. NBC is still one of my faves and I will definitely return! I just won't be getting the carrot flavor any more.
When I first moved to TN, my cousin took me to this cake place & Ive been loving it ever since. The cakes are made so perfect
LOVE this place! The cakes are to die for and always the same quality. I have all my co workers hooked! Please bring back to chocolate chip peanut butter flavor that was featured a few months ago! It was the best!
I was sadly mistaken anout how a coupon worked, the manager is who waited on me and she wasnt friendly at all delivering me the news informing me that its not the Cool Springs location thats honoring that promotion. I love the cake but courtesy and simply empathizing with my frisrtation of being confused is definitely lacking. Ill drive all the way to the Nashville location on White Bridge befpre i patronage this location. Im sure they dont care but this experience bothered me and there is no corporate to contact and share this with, due to the company being a franchise so im sharing on this review! #thecakeisstillbomb
