I stopped by this branch a couple of weeks ago to set up an HSA. I spoke with a lady named Dianne Chadwell. She refused to open an account since "we did not bank with them". I asked if this was a new policy since we were never informed of such requirements. Her reply was "its been that way for 1 to 2 years." I thought this was odd as I could easily set up an account online with out any issues. My wife's employer referred us to Pinnacle for the HSA account which is why we decided to give them a try even though we had a very bad experience in the past with a loan for my business when dealing with Vickie Manning back in 2011. She pulled out 2 days before closing because I would not insure the property prior to purchasing it. Her illegal actions and lack of understanding placed us in a bind. Let our misfortune guide you away from this bank. Wells Fargo happily set up our HSA and provided free investment options for our new HSA account.
