The service provided by both the front desk and my massage therapist is always beyond exemplary. As a person with a desk job, my back is regularly in need of work. Being a member of the lifestyle program has been a huge benefit for taking care of my back on a monthly basis. I highly recommend the Franklin, TN location and the monthly membership!
I love this place. It is my peaceful get away. The staff at the front desk are friendly and so helpful. I have had both facials and massages here, both are very enjoyable and just incredible. I have to say if I had to choose between the two my favorite is the facial. I love Renee and have seen her several times. She is professional and so sweet. My skin feels awesome after. This place is a little gem hidden away on south Malliry Lane, I highly recommend it.
Let me start by saying that the services (massage and facial) I received were exceptional. I would have definitely signed up for a membership BUT....the customer service experience I received at check out was horrible. My husband bought me a Serenity Gift Card for $159 for a massage and facial. When I scheduled this, I was only scheduled for the massage and had to come back for the facial. No big deal. At time of check out, the receipt I received was for $59.95, a massage for $49.95 ( special) and a add on for $10.00.
Love this place!! The staff are always helpful and friendly! I'm so thankful for appointment availability on Sunday since I work throughout the week. I recommend Hand and Stone to all my friends and family.
I can always count on Renee to give me an excellent facial- a relaxing experience with exceptional results. The staff are welcoming and the facility is first class. I look forward to my monthly visit and highly recommend this facility.
Today, going back for my facial, I am under the impression that I have roughly $98 left on my gift card. The facial is $49.95, as advertised so I purchase a product for the remainder on my gift card only to be told that I owe, including gratitude, $75.00. When I question the amount I am being told that the system charged me $89.95 for the massage and I am unable to receive the special on a gift card. Well, my receipt shows the special so a company that provides a service should honor the receipt I was given but that didn't happen. Needless to say, I did not purchase the product and I am not signing up for a membership. It's unfortunate that this business is penny pinching and losing customers this way. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Horrible experience.
