I would like to give kudos and send my heartfelt thanks to the store manager Andrew. My wife and I evacuated from Florida for hurricane Irma. Anticipating the trip back we were looking for a safe way to haul gas- Andrew went beyond the call of duty in helping to meet our needs! Not only did he locate parts for a rack he didn't have in stock- he was willing to stay after hours to install it for us!! Wow. Incredible customer service. Thank you again for ensuring our safety while traveling with the rest of the evacuees on our return home.
Not only is this an awesome store, but the customer service is some of the best I've ever received. Sam and Zach were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They had great personalities. They went above and beyond to track down and order a pair of Reefs for me, all just a few minutes before closing. I felt awful about keeping them late and not once did they ever seem annoyed or frustrated. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and to assure me that I was not a bother (even as they were closing the store). This was my first time in the store, and our family will be back for sure!
This is a great place to see the equipment and get some good advice rather than just shopping online. The guys I worked with genuinely cared and were more than happy to answer my tedious amount of questions. When I came back with a complicated return, they bent over backwards to help me out. Impressed and will be back. Thanks for the help guys!
Fairly impressed by this store. The manager, Andrew, was devoutly intent on finding a solution to what I was looking for in preparation for a long road trip. Plus, he was so chill to talk with.
Customer service is amazing. I Spoke to Sam on the phone about purchasing a pair of Birks and she was so attentive and helpful. Helped with sizing and the differences between shoes. Very intimate environment and good service.
