The people who work here are great but this store is ALWAYS severely understaffed. For a store this size, 3 people is not enough
I ordered a baby crib with matching dresser and changing topper and converter frames for crib on July 12th, 2017. I was told it takes approx 6-8 weeks to get in. I finally received the crib at 11 weeks. I never received a phone call that it was in because they were waiting for the dresser to come in. I picked up the crib. It has now been 17 weeks and the dresser has yet to come in. I was told when I picked crib up the dresser was on back order and was suppose to be in October 31st. It's been 17 weeks now and I still do not have a dresser! Nor can they tell me when it will arrive! My daughter will have a baby here and no dresser or changing table. I am so disappointed in the service I've received. No phone calls or information and no product, but they have all my money! I would not recommend buying or ordering any furniture. I hope this doesn't happen with anyone else!
I can't even begin to say how wonderful this store and its staff are. They are knowledgeable of all of their products and many of them are parents too and know what you are looking for in whatever item you may be shopping for. Great store, great staff! I am so glad we did our baby shopping here.
Most ridiculous computer system ever! Makes me want to just go register somewhere else and be done with them. Went to register (had previously 9 yrs ago, registered with Bed Bath and Beyond for wedding), their systems are connected. They had to put me in the Buy Buy Baby system 3 times to "override" that there was a previous registry with the other store. We spend hours registering. Go home and cannot get into the online account. We try "reset password" but it says you already have an account with their other account, bed bath and beyond, and you have to reset your password there. I go to do that and it says the opposite, that you have an account with Buy Buy Baby and you have to reset your password there. Stupid! Try to call customer service and the wait is always an hour to an hour and a half. I am not sitting on the phone that long. They obviously don't care much about their customers if this is how things work. Makes me want to register somewhere else.
