A mistake from the start. A lower cost option that was just a waste of money. Any "proprietary" formula that can't be easily touched up is a nightmare. Doug always has excuses and blames problems on housekeepers, the way the floors are cleaned, etc. Mr. Sandless finish is very thin and not durable. Stay away.
I can really rate the quality of work by Mr. Sandless, but after scheduling work to be done at my home, taking a day off of work, and moving all the items out of the space, no one showed up. Very unprofessional and huge lack of organization to miss an appointment like this. All I can say is follow up follow up follow up if you do business with Mr. Sandless of Nashville. Highly Disappointed.

As for the service they were good hence the average rating. They showed up almost on time but called when they were lost. They cleaned up after themself.
After the floors on my circa 1910 home were nearly destroyed by a painter scraping popcorn off of the ceiling, I was forced to look around for a solution. Instead of only a solution, Mr. Sandless provided a miracle! They showed up promptly to provide a quote and stuck to the number provided. The cost came in much less expensive than the sanding quotes that I received. Additionally, I was scared to take a sander to the old floors, and Mr. Sandless provided an alternative. The guys showed up exactly at the prescribed time and worked efficiently but carefully. They were polite and professional, but most of all, they made the floors look amazing! The old floor required a handful of board replacements which were completed seamlessly and color-matched perfectly. I cannot say enough about the great job and service that Mr. Sandless delivered in my 100+ year old home. The new and improved management is remarkable.
So we had this option done because we couldn't have our engineered wood floors sanded and weren't ready to spend $5000 replacing the floors. For $550 it shined the floors and that's about it. We won't use them again.
