The absolute worst front-end staff I have ever experienced in my life it's sad that is good of a doctor as Dr Duncan is that he has such sucky staff, I have a 7 year old that I have to find a new doctor for ASAP. The girl in the front name Courtney is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my 44 years!!!
