I had a professional and fast experience. In and out quickly with an accurate diagnosis (although it was also pretty obvious to me what was wrong). Would feel comfortable taking my children here. Just wish I could pay immediately instead of wait for a bill, but guess that's how most places are. I'm not a big fan of mail.
Been here twice. Polite and astute staff. This time they were overly considerate to ensure all were wearing masks due to flu outbreak. I really do not mind having to come here for procedures.
I am a health care professional and usually very healthy. I had been experiencing headaches for a week and almost passed out from one and was scared. I couldnt seem to relieve the pain and it was very upsetting. I had never been to the ER and am almost 50. I went here with my mother and we were brought back right away. I was disappointed by the way the staff somehow acted like i was seeking pain medications for nefarious reasons and not simply trying to get relief for my headache. Even after tests done showed I didnt have a tumor or etiology that would not have warranted pain medications the physician continued to deny me any relief at all. I feel like this is a sad state of affairs. I work in health care and give narcotic relief when it is warranted! Despite all the talk of opiod abuse there are still people that deserve pain relief and should not feel guilty for asking for it! In the US this belief that everyone that is in pain is either lying or making it up for nefarious reasons is very sad!!! Williamson county is one example of this....I will continue to give pain medications to my patients that need it because I believe it is the right thing to do! Unfortunately the people that took care of me at this hospital did not feel the same way. The only person who really appeared to care in my whole experience was the CT scan tech. She was a kind woman. I think we need to examine as a whole in health care our approach to pain relief...it is very sub par.
Great service. I was visiting my aunt Tuesday evening and the front desk receptionist and the young man volunteering were very nice and gave me exactly the info I wanted. The nurses on the second floor were also wonderful to me as well.
I brought my wife here and hands down had one of the best experiences. ERs get a bad rep. But this one exceeds all expectations. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant and was having pains, so better safe than sorry. She was seen quickly and the nurses and doctors and all staff encountered had AMAZING bedside manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and great at explaining each test. We were in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this hospital!
Keep up the great work!!
