Took a wild cat in to have her spayed. Explained to 3 people the cat was wild. After I got her back, she ended up dying because she got an infection. Could have been avoided if they had done their job to begin with and given her antibiotics! They may appear to care for animals, but they clearly don't!!!!
We took strays there... When time came we could not adopt because we took strays there ...dont wast your time there .... Never be back
They do their job, i just wished they hadnt adopted off a cat I saved after I had already signed the adoption papers for the cat. Not even 3 days had gone by and I had to call them to find out what the deal was (essentially, I would have wasted a trip going there thinking I was picking up my cat). Im glad the animal went to a good home (I hope), but that was incredibly heart breaking and disappointing to deal with.
We didnt have huge expectations after a poor experience at another pet center. The people were amazing, friendly, helpful, informative, comforting, unwilling to let us leave with the wrong animal. We were lucky enough to have the perfect dog find us. Our daughter even got to pet some kittys! Great place. It was like a doggy disney world outside. Numerous runs and fenced parks. AND on top of just feeling super welcome, almost like we were among long time friends, our adoption was sponsored by MARS. we were able to spend that extra money on toys for our newest family member!
I have adopted from them several times over the years. They are great to work with and the animals are healthy. It must be a very difficult and sometime heartbreaking job to work at a shelter, yet they are kind and friendly every time I go.
