I just sat in line for an hour and had to leave without getting my testing done because there was a trainee working in my lane. I watched cars that pulled in AFTER me leave 15 minutes before I even got to the front of my line. The faster workers wouldn't take anyone out of my lane even after the problem was addressed with them. Absolutely disappointed in the service. Maybe put a sign up warning people when there's a trainee so people don't waste their time?
Been in line for at least 30 mins now. Expect to wait about 30 more. Would recommend going at a different time. I thought 2:30 on a Thursday wouldn’t be busy... I was wrong.
I went in at 7 am on a Monday. When I pulled in there was a line but I was leaving the lot at 7:11 am! They were extremely friendly and helpful. By far best experience I have had!
