Guys were super friendly and helpful and didn't laugh at the idiot soccer mom who locked herself out of her car. They were on the scene in a timely manner, were fast (got the door open and made a spare key in under 5 minutes), and, like their name says, they were super affordable. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area who gets into a jam or just wants a good locksmith.
Terrible customer service. Would not return phone calls. Sent pictures of a door to replace the lock and could never get a reply. Would not recommend this locksmith.
I called them to send someone my way at 10:40 pm and David had unlocked my vehicle, made me an extra copy of the key, and left by 11:10. 30 minutes is all it took! He was so friendly and was super affordable! 10/10 would recommend!!
Saved me over $600! The dealership wanted to charge me for a new ignition switch and labor. I snuck in on them and they weren't expecting it. I went and looked they hadn't even touched my car, they tried my key and that's it. Be patient with David and arrival times. He sticks around to make sure the job is done right. I had to reschedule due to my work schedule, and had to wait a little longer than expected, but be patient, he will get to you. If he has questions on directions, he will ask to make sure he gets to you. Seriously cannot thank him enough!! Worth every penny, and way more trustworthy than the dealership. Thank you thank you!!!
