I wish zero stars was an option. I have ordered from them twice. The first time they were very slow to deliver and once the food was delivered it was lukewarm. Against my better judgement I decided to give them a second chance and ordered lunch today. The food was supposed to arrive at 12:15. When 12:30 rolled around I called to check on the status and I was told it was being bagged up and headed my way, allow 7-8 minutes. 30 minutes later my food arrived, again lukewarm. Once I got the bag open I discovered I was missing an eggroll. I called to inform the business (who played dumb and didn't seem to care about the issues). It was a full 45 minutes before they showed up with the missing eggroll. It was less than satisfying and tasted slightly like dishwater.
Great experience, ordered online for my whole family and picked it up at the store. The shrimp fired rice was delicious and so were the egg rolls. I loved the miso soup too!! Much better than the Chinese places I've been to in the past. Meat is tender and well cooked, everything is neatly packaged, and service was good.

It been a hour and forty minutes and .y food is still not here! They are 4.8 miles from my house?
Don't waste your time folks! Unless you enjoy waiting 2 hours to eat mediocre food
