This is the absolute WORST Jimmy John's. The last 3 orders for delivery took 1 1/2 to 2 hours for delivery. This is not "Freaky Fast" by no stretch of the imagination. We complained to corporate, who promised us that the Manger of this location would personally call us to apologize. They have yet to call so we are calling corporate again to submit another complaint as today was the 4th order in a row that had taken over an hour so I called. The girl on the line seemed very timid but admitted they are running 2 hours behind. So I canceled my order and the girl said she had to get the manager to do that and placed me on hold. 2 minutes later she came back on the line and said my order was voided (I will be checking my bank statements), but the manger STILL would not get on the phone.
I've ordered lunch three different times online and delivery always takes at least 1 - 2 hours. I have had to follow up with a phone call to check their ETA every time. I have called before with no response and have been hung up on. I understand lunch time is very busy, but there has got to be a way to improve their poor service time. I love Jimmy John's, but I have always ended up very hangry waiting for this particular location to deliver to my workplace.
I will not order from this location again until the Manger has been replaced. Very sad excuse of a "leader".
Placed an online order today and took over an hour to deliver. How is this "freaky fast???" Called 30 minutes after ordering and was told my order was going out the door..... After over an hour I called back and told my order was going out the door, interesting!! Do yourself a favor and order from the location off 96, the Cool Springs location is horrible!
This is the cleanest and fastest Jimmy John's in town! The people are also very nice, I go often as I work very close to this location.
Placed an online today at 11:18 AM and I am still waiting for my food, it's 12:57 PM. Freak fast...NOT!! My coworkers have experienced this same thing, if you are ordering for lunch time don't bother. Need more drivers for the lunch rush!!
