Competitors do not charge for samples, and when i voiced my frustration and said I would take my $10,000 worth the business elsewhere, she didn't seem to care or try to see if she could work something out. So i will stick to my local competitor that has AMAZING customer service. We order tens of thousands of dollars worth the promotional items every year and we now know to take our business elsewhere. They also post tons of items on their website and the only way to know if it is available is to contact someone or get charged for it and then be irritated by trying to get a refund. WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Customer service leaves something to be desired. I do business with many online printers and all of them will automatically and consistently send me status updates including shipping information. When 8 business days had gone by and I had heard nothing from them, I emailed asking for an update and they replied with simply the tracking number for shipping. No salutation, no message at all. Just the tracking number. And the proofing process was equally unfriendly. The final product leaves something to be desired, also. The solid colors are kind of streaky and the card stock weight is lighter than I was expecting. They'll do for now I guess, not worth the headache of trying to return, but I'm definitely going to find a different printer for my next order.
Great site with hundreds of promos for your biz. Very friendly and helpful. I would use them again!! They also have rush services and fix your artwork for free.
