On the 24th of October I had Drew come out and give me an estimate on putting in a tankless water heater. It would take a little extra work because of the size of the gasline and location in the house but I was ready to start asap. Today is Oct 31 and I have left voicemails and messages everyday for a call back with a final estimate which was promised by the end of the 24th. They came highly recommended but leave having lost a customer and referral for life. It really breaks my heart to have to chase after a company to get work done in my house.
