Took good care of my pup. Provided everything they said they would and very friendly staff.
Pros: My dog loves it! He attempts to get in the car with me every morning before work so he can go to "school" to play with his friends. He also gets much needed exercise in and lets me have a few lazy days to myself during the week.
Cons: None! If you have never tried doggy daycare for you dog - do it. It will change you and your pup's life for the better!
The staff is incredible. They really know the dogs different personalities and understand their temperaments. They have fun parties and picture days too!
If you haven't seen the downstairs (back end) of this place I suggest you go take a tour. Its dirty and your dog is locked up in a kennel when it is not in their one crowded play yard. The boarding facility is nasty too. For the price you pay here, this is ridiculously overpriced. The big outside yard that they advertise is rarely open for one reason or another. Our dog got sick here and got a bug infestation that took forever to get rid of. This place is overcrowded, dirty and they cannot handle the capacity but they take the dog in anyhow and the animal suffers. They nickel and dime you for everything. Very poorly run establishment and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do your homework and make sure you look inside before you drop your animal off.
If I could give one million stars to this doggy daycare I would.
The convenience factor is outstanding. It takes me a minute to pick up/drop off my pup on my way to work and the staff always know me and my dog by name.
I toured this facility and was appalled at the the care they suggested for my two large dogs (in excess of 60 pounds each). First, their standard care includes three 15-minute "potty breaks"...one at 6 am, one at noon, and one at 6 pm. The dogs would not have the opportunity to relieve themselves for the 12 hours between 6 pm and 6 am. My dogs are well-trained and will "hold it" when they have to. However, I would not force them to hold it for 12 hours. To get them an extra potty break I would have been required to purchase an expensive ($30 per dog per day) activity package. With that package, they would get an extra potty break at night, and two hour-long play sessions. With two hours of play and four 15-minute potty breaks, my two large dogs would have been kenneled together in a 25-square-foot cage for 21 hours a day. When I saw the kennel and expressed concern about it's size, the customer rep told me it was OK, because the dogs would be asleep most of the time they were kenneled. My dogs do not sleep more than 20 hours a day. They are crate trained, so the size of the kennel overnight and for short periods during the day would be acceptable, but not for 21 hours. If you look at the photos on their website, the premium kennel looks large, and it has a window. There is no window, there is one small dog in the photo, and the kennel looks much larger in the photo that it really is. I can't imagine confining my dogs for long periods in such a small area with few chances to relieve themselves. I don't believe they offer is quality care, and I wouldn't dream of leaving my pets with them.
Scrappy (my miniature Schnauzer) loves it here... Wish it was a little less expensive per day, but the staff it's great. Not many reliable places around Franklin to watch my pup, so I appreciate the care.
