I love their food but it gets really old when they constantly mess up your order. They will give you a free meal but they never fix that issue. So everyone make sure you check your food if you got it for delivery!!!!
27 minutes for a kids turkey sandwich without so much as an apology. Disgraceful. And no offering a free cookie is not an apology when your 3 year old is starving.
I’m typically not one to leave reviews at chain restaurants like this, but I had a great experience. Tyler was everything that any business owner looks for in an employee. He clearly actually cares about the customers and their satisfaction. I was there for no more than 10 min, but it left an impression. Great food and great staff. Keep up the good work.
Nice portions and great menu options if your looking for a great sandwhich place that caters to those who are looking for a big meal. You can substitute sides for a bowl of soup (at an extra charge) and tbey also have baked potatoe options. Loaded spuds, northern and southern style sandwhiches and soup options. Its like a Panera bread thats geared to get you full.
