Great food. Kinda pricy, but totally worth it to me
The food is great, we really love going there, however today we are there and need hot water for a bottle for my daughter. I ask the employee to fill up half a cup for me which we do at several other restaurants and he says he can't.... I then ask the manager and he also says he can't, yet they make tea and coffee which requires hot water and says simply you can get hot water from the bathroom...yes we can, to heat up a bottle it needs to be hotter than a faucet can produce... ironic that they advertise a family friendly restaurant
This restaurant had been in a slow decline for the last couple of years. Portion sizes getting smaller, food doesn't taste as good anymore, prices higher.
Wasn't crazy about this place but it wasn't awful either. Interesting sandwiches, friendly kid that took our order. Waited 20 minutes for food. Just "meh". Another version of Panera Bread.
Need one in Hendersonville. Hands down great food at a great price.
