Puckett’s was recommended by a local. We were disappointed as soon as we walked in because we were greeted with a rude “excuse me” by one of the hostesses due to the overcrowded wait area where she was trying to clean a window. We were never properly greeted or asked if we would like to put our name on the list. Finally I was asked if we needed our name on the list after the hostess asked a party that came in behind us if she could put their name on the list. I understand lunch is busy but everyone should be greeted and put on the wait list in the order of arrival.
I love to try new stuff and this restaurant was one of them! food tastes great and the service is very good! We enjoyed their music as well and even my kids did liked it ! it is a must visit place! down town franklin is an historic place that have great restaurants and historic places to visit and enjoy!
The two things that saved this review from two stars were our kind waitress and the food.
Overall the food was good. I had the Piggy Mac. The waiter forgot to bring my salad until after the main course was served and I reminded him.
This restaurant was highly recommended on a recent trip to Franklin. I was not disappointed. The food was great. Our waitress was delightful. The atmosphere was so charming. Definitely will stop in when I am in Franklin again.
This is a great place to eat at! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The live music is usually really good. We happened to get front row seats from the stage and it wasn’t too loud. The food tasted great and they give you plenty to eat. Also very clean here. Would definitely recommend!
Arrived around 4pm for a early dinner with some family. 5 of us total. The host told us the table they had open that would seat us needed to be vacated for a 5:15 reservation. That's great that they would reserve a table, at the same time, they could have sat us somewhere else.
Great little place to stop if you have
The food was great and so was our waitress. This was able to quickly turn around our sour experience. First impressions are very important! Would work on the customer service up front!! Food and wait service was incredible.
