I also found that the servers are very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend going here.

The Poke Bowls are great and the Sea Bass is amazing. The giant Carrot Cake slice was delicious too. Portions are generouse and the prices are very reasonable for food that tastes this good.
There was no consideration the slow service or undercooked food. At a minimum I expected that sandwich to be comped. I shouldn't have to ask.

Loved this place!!! Loved the happy hour!!! I do not love the changes in there menu and their drinks. We loved their Sprinkling Sangria. They don't make it anymore. The 2 new Sangria are terrible. We are going to miss going to this place. We don't have to go back!!!
4. Food Presentation = 4, from the entrees I observed, everythimg was appealing to the eye.
The appetizer was good and came quickly, a gouda fondue. It was over 30 minutes before anything else came. Then my chicken sandwich had a raw spot about a centimeter thick. It took even longer to get that redone.
6. Service = 3.5, waitress was good, but food took about 25 min at about 50% restaurant capacity.
Avoid this place. I took my family here for lunch on Dec 9th and it took 30 minutes to park and nearly two hours after that to get out. The restaurant was at about 30% capacity, plenty of seats available.

3. Food Taste = 3.5, ordered the Big Kahuna Burger, medium w/ bacon and received a well done burger w/ no bacon
2. Cleanliness = 4, everything new, but bathrooms could use a little cleaning
If I want good food I'll head elsewhere, plenty of other options exist. J Alexander's, Sushi Me, Mack & Kate's, Amerigo's, and Cheddar's to name a few.
We are visiting from Minnesota, and our server Justin took great care of us. There was a mistake made at a different table where the wrong food was brought out. The way Justin took care of it and the manager on duty was absolutely outstanding. Very impressed and will be telling people they should visit. Will be coming back again for sure before we leave!
