Worst service provider. They Hand over Car Keys and told me to search in Parking lot . They took money for insurance and they did not give me insurance paper.
I hung up and took my business elsewhere.

I found Martha to be very reasonable when our return trip to Franklin was made 45 minutes longer than it should have been due to a horrible wreck on I-40 that created a miles long tie up. We really appreciate her understanding of an unusual situation. We will gladly utilize Cool Springs Budget Car Rental the next time we need a rental car. Thank you!
They don't even deserve a star. Very very rude people even the manager. I would not recommend them if you're looking to be treated like a human being. I am so glad I served my country to protect people like them. I sometimes ask my self why even served.
Very disappointed! The car I picked up was not full. The needle was inside the full line and had been driven roughly 80-90 miles since being filled up according to mileage noted when full. The low tire indicator light came on as well... rear driver's side tire had 28 pounds of pressure in it. No offer to adjust my rental rate or refund any $$ when I returned the car. I would expect more from Budget. Have always had good service previously which is why I return to Budget for rentals. Very disappointed!
