I saw the car newly listed and Thomas got back to me quick the car was available for the weekend. I picked up the car Saturday morning the car was fully detailed and ready for me when I arrived. When it comes to prices Stokes is half the price of the big guys and you have the feel of working with a small business that you come back to. If you ever wanted to try a corvette this is the one you want. My son plays soccer and we dropped him off at practice in it and the kids went nuts.
Worst Service Ever. I never had such an experience with any type of businesses. They have a website which looks legit (I only say that because the UI is pretty neat), but don't get fooled; it is outdated. Two reasons why I say this.
Super impressed with Eliseo and Stokes Car Rentals! I have rented the Jaguar XJ while my own Jaguar was in the shop on a few different occasions. He always made sure the vehicle was ready to go and in great condition. Great service and communication!!
2. Website says Miles are unlimited, but it is not true.
1. You can make the reservation online and that online portal will tell you that someone from Stokes will call you to confirm your booking (I also received an email confirmation). When I called them the next day, I was told that they don't have any reservation.
When it comes to selection and price if you go somewhere else I promise you wont find the quality or service that Stokes offers. Most people cant afford these types of cars, and to enjoy them for a moment is worth every penny. I look forward to working with them in the future.
For next two days I tried calling him, but there was no response. On the day of pick up(Sunday) I called him from a different number and he picked up my call. When I told him who is calling, the guy hung up on me and never picked up my call again. I was angry and couldn't understand what was going on so decided to show up at the office. Fortunately, there was someone in the office who let me in and when I asked him about my reservation, he told me the car is already rented out to someone and there was no record of booking. I explained all of this experience to him (Thomas) who apparently took some notes and agreed to report it to the manager (Not sure if he did so). He also offered a substitute vehicle for renting , but then he decided not to rent a car because the car service was way overdue (not sure if he was telling the truth). He apologized for my inconvenience and said he will offer a 50% discount to my next rental, but I am not sure if I will ever rent a car through them.
Decided to work with Stokes on two occasions the first was valentines day and I got a Porsche the experience was amazing. I was able to rent the car for a concert and my wife thought it was super special. The next time I worked with Stokes when he got the new 2015 red corvette stingray. My son is a huge fan and has every model and toy known to man.
Thomas is that rare exception of capability, service, and character. I have done business with him twice in the past 5 weeks, and I now want to send all my business his way. In addition, I highly recommend Thomas and Stokes Car Rentals to all of my colleagues, family, and friends.
I have rented cars for business purposes from the national companies for many years; and have had good experiences on the most part. My first choice now is Stokes Car Rentals because of the tremendous experiences they have delivered. The cars are great, but the real difference is the Manager, Thomas Hays.

Awesome experience! Highly Recommend! I have rented 2 cars from Stokes so far and plan to use them again in the future. I love the variety of vehicles and it allows me to get my sports car/convertible fix without having to purchase one.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Now, the actual pathetic customer service experience. Since no one called me to confirm my booking, I called Stokes in the morning at around 10 am (Week day). Guy named Ben picked up my call and said he has not reached office yet and shall return my call soon. After waiting until 2 pm, I called him up again and told him about my reservation and confirmed the booking. Throughout the conversation, I thought he either didn't want to rent me a car or he was absent minded. I asked him for a confirmation number/email and he said they don't provider one. I was worried as the reservation was for weekend and I didn't wanted to take any chances. The guy finally agreed to send me an email and took down my email address, again never received a confirmation.
