I worked here for a couple of months and they were one of the best group of guys/gals I have worked with. The management makes this place feel like a family. I would do business with this place any day of the week!!!!
Purchased my HD Road Glide Special 2 1/2 months ago. Could not be happier from beginning to end on the way I was treated. My salesmen Mike B was awesome! Helped answering all my questions and with a final decision on my bike!! Went to service and met Jordon who explained initial services to my new bike! Went to motor clothes and worked with Candy. Needless to say Candy was superb helping me pick out helmet, gloves and jacket! Went to parts and met Jeremy and Jamie! They helped me with everything needed for stage 4 engine upgrades and MAN I could not be happier with performance and sound from my bike! Went to finance where Jonathan was thorough! He helped me decide on different ext warranty plans for my bike and explained each. Soooo glad I now purchased these ext warranties!
I suppose it could be a ploy to get me to hang in the showroom, but if that was the case i'd like to think they would want me to feel valued and happy. Instead I felt neglected and unwanted. Service with a smile is dead at Cool Springs Harley. If they can't treat me good for the small things how can they possibly treat me good for big issues.
After a short ride on my antique Harley I noticed my rear tire was low. I headed to Cool Springs Harley. After standing at the service counter for several minutes unattended I asked if they could fill my tire. The attendant said I'd have to let it "cool down" for 45 minutes. What? He said he'd go go ask someone else if it would be possible. After 15 minutes, no real bustle going on, I poked my head in the service door to see where he was. He was talking with another guy that told me to wait out front. The two of them came to the write-up area and confirmed they would not put air in my tire without the 45 min wait. They were just cold about it. Almost rude, "Tough-luck, rules are rules" attitude. First it's wrong to not put air in tires with out a 45 min cool down. Tire pressures increase 10-20% with heat. What are they worried about? Secondly the lengthy wait was unreasonable for "SERVICE" counter. Third the delivery of the information was certainly not CUSTOMER friendly.
Haven't bought anything from here yet, taking my time and waiting for the right moment but man, I'm from Houston, Texas and these people are great, mainly the Sales Manager. He definitely gave me great deals that I would have loved to accept. He even called me to say thank you for reaching out and trying to make a deal. Hoping to make a deal with y'all 2k18.
Most recently was in to have rear LED lights installed. Want to give kudos to Candy, she always has a smile on, very knowledgeable on motor clothing and helping the customer! TY. Also want to give a Big Thank You to Jeremy and Ben in parts and Damion now in service! Thanks guys!
The Harley-Davidson Cool Springs staff who I previously dealt with on the purchase of my bike and now know, continues being very nice every time I am in, no matter if it is just a visit, to purchase motor clothes or parts for my bike! Thank you Candy, Emma, Damion (before promo) and Jeremy for being helpful and nice!
Had a great time shopping at Harley Davison of cool springs could not have ask for a better team. Shannon Layhew was a excellent sales person knew my needs and directed me in the right direction for my budget and my future riding needs. Came away with a fabulous bike.For the management was very pleased and accounting department. Thanks guys
