one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Only one person at register and only two on the floor. No one was running the fitting rooms. When I wanted to try on a pair of pants, I asked for a room. One clerk told me that I would just have to wait in line with others waiting for rooms. When I pointed out that the doors lock and that she had to let people in, she told me that whenever someone came out of one, I would have to make sure I got to it before the door closed. Are you kidding me?! I shouldn't have to play beat the clock to try on some pants! I waited anyway since the people I was with were still looking. After nearly 20 minutes, a couple comes out of a room (clearly they were doing things other than trying on clothes in there, which is not allowed at that store) and just stands right in front of the door, blocking me as I'm trying to get to it; it closed on me! I addressed this issue to the clerk, and she brushed me off, didn't care. It's your fault that the fitting room is a disaster, and you just brush me off?! I'm a customer, damn it! Or at least I was, never doing business at that one ever again. That girl should be fired ASAP.
