Amazing that the corporate office would tell us sorry, but our Gift Certificates expired when the company closed its doors in September.
The ladies at USA Baby really are helpful and do a good job being useful but not intrusive. I’m a soon to be father and they were very helpful to me answering questions and demonstrating the items I was looking for. I’ve done extensive research on the items I was looking for and am very aware of prices from store to store. This place was by far the most helpful and caring in trying to find what I actually needed instead of trying to sell me everything including a new kitchen sink (like some other prominent baby stores). Their prices were also slightly better on almost everything we looked and and purchased when compared with more prominent stores. 5 stars for this place and I will be back.
Not a good way to treat customers!
After spending a lot of money at this store over the past 9-months, they closed all of the Houston locations and voided all of our Gift Certificates we "earned" by spending specific dollar amounts.
Always a great experience. Mary Anne is the best! They will help you find anything and you can't beat their prices. Love them. Been a loyal customer with both of my children.
The ladies at the store are helpful and nice. When I had questions they were quick to help. They let you take your time and enjoy the store. I was very pleased with my experience and the quality of items they had there.
Great store with great customer service! We drove from Madison to look at furniture and got there right before closing and found the perfect set! Chris loaded it for us and it was after-hours, he was SO HELPFUL and made sure our furniture would get home in perfect condition. Highly recommend this place for all your baby needs - especially furniture!
In addition, after making mistakes on delivery items (we ended up having to drive 90-minutes to pick the items up ourselves), they provided us with additional Gift Certificates that are now worthless.
