never enjoyed shopping there and they sounds like they are down grading the store the only good collection they have is the makeup collection
I have always enjoyed shopping at Belk until my experience today. Let me just say it was awful. I went to do a return on a product that I was not needing, that I just purchased last weekend. The associate at the Lancome counter treated me as if I had a disease and she couldn't touch the products. She picked the products up by her fingertips and began to "flick" her hands as if something nasty was on them. Very offensive!!! It made me feel very uncomfortable. Considering I've worked for that company before and assisted in opening that location, I was shocked. Needless to say I won't be shopping there anymore.
Lorraine was great. Her customer service is outstanding.
Just not the same Belk that i fell in love with years ago.
