On hold for 24 minutes trying to cancel part of an order. I tried within 10 minutes of ordering but couldn't connect and was on hold for over 8 minutes. Later today on hold for 16 minutes. Finally called the Cool Springs Galleria store and was told they are "busy now" but will call me back. They'll try to locate my order and cancel the part I was supposed to pick up in-store today. Horrible customer service; the customer service phone number is a joke with bad music. Just answer the phone. I'd give it no stars, but you have to select something to post.
Thank you sales associate 0911 for mom shaming me this morning because I had my toddler daughter dressed and red and black plaid pajamas. You told me that I needed to put a Barrette in her hair that she didn't look girly enough, come on Mom you said. Sorry I decided to let her make a choice to wear that outfit and not have a tantrum trying to get out of the house. You also proceeded to tell me how you were late this morning and you didn't know if you should be letting me use my coupon or not. You really need training on good customer service. JCPenney you need to remember that the people you hired are the face of your store and brand.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I called to get an update on where my $1000 mattress was at and the older gentleman working the customer service desk said "I don't have time to help you. There are people in line, you're going to have to wait!" I hung up the phone basically never wanting to work with JCPenney all thanks to this extremely rude CUSTOMER SERVICE employee. I will get his name soon to file an official complaint. I've called back 3 times and he has hung up on me twice now.
Most wonderful experience at JCPenney's. Costumer service was the best. I have never been treated with such courtesy and respect. I highly recommend the JCPENNEY store at the mall in Cool Springs, Tennessee
Customer service is nonexistent at this location. After waking in and never once was I greeted, but then tried to find someone to answer a quick question. The young lady who was working in the junior section was more concerned with locking the door at 8:30 than answering a question of a customer. There was only one other young lady working in the men’s checkout area, but had been working on checking out the same customer for ten minutes plus. By the time I put the items down that I would have purchased, the line had more than tripped. The fact that JC Penney is struggling to stay afloat does not surprise me.
