Wow! I’ve been working out in gyms for 20+ years and I’ve never experienced anything like this facility. The aesthetics and cleanliness is amazing. I’m a CrossFit junkie and power lifter...never have I found a facility to meet both needs until now. I jumped into my first yoga class ever last week and it was awesome! The staff reminds me of a Ritz Carlton or similar fancy place, super attentive. I truly can’t say enough good things.
Wow! Amazing Facility. The kids Academy is not just Childcare. My 3.5 year old daughter has taken dance, yoga, tumbling and even a "little warrior" (ninja warrior) class while I worked out. Nikki in the aquatics is her swim instructor and she is amazing. I took the Heated Flow Yoga class with Michelle and it was amazing. I can't wait to try the other classes.
Love, love, love this gym! It's an investment, but worth every penny. Riz is who signed my daughter and I up; he is awesome! Everyone is so nice and professional. SO much better than any gym I've ever worked out in.
Some idiot gave Lifetime in Franklin 3 stars, never worked out, just said "too crowded". The gym is massive. It's NOT crowded. Lots of people yes, but there is an abundance of everything. Lifetime is what Franklin has needed. Super 1st class everything. Full size towel, Q-Tips, Razors, Rain Forest showers. It has equipment that's so advanced, I've learned a lot about how I work out - and how to improve. When I'm done, can have a delicious lunch, and even hang out and watch Football if I want to. This is like being on vacation every time you go.
Expert trainers who genuinely desire to see you improve, and a talent for keeping you motivated and accountable. Beautiful sitting areas and locker rooms, including a cafe to jump on a call or get back to work before or after workouts. Franklin has needed a facility like this for a long time! I can more efficiently get exercise during my workday and make the most of my fitness/free time.
