I have been going to Pinnacle Pilates twice a week for almost 3 years now. I always look forward to my Pilates days. I also train 3-5 days per week with weights which leaves my muscles tight and sore. I love Pinnacle Pilates because my instructor knows what I need. I often go into my sessions telling Dawn about my sore muscles or my lower right back hurts. I show her and by the end of the session the pain is gone or barely noticeable. A lot of my sessions are mainly to stretch out and she uses many pieces of equipment and props to help me. At her studio, I have used the Cadillac, reformer, Pilates chair, melt method foam roller, stretch out strap, flex bands, balls, TRX, bosu, and arc barrel. She has a way with knowing a sequence that makes my body respond and release. By going to Pinnacle Pilates I am assisting with injury prevention as my weight routine is very intense. Pilates also makes me aware of my posture and I truly feel taller when I leave. Dawn is very experienced as she has been teaching for years many hours a week and I highly recommend you give her a call as she's very personable as well as a great instructor.

What I especially like about Pinnacle Pilates is my instructor's attention to my specific needs. As a 66 year old with degenerative arthritis and a hip that keeps going out of place, I was concerned about being able to exercise safely and without pain. My instructor designed a program that provided safe and effective exercises for my overall body health and strengthening exercises for my hips and back. My instructor is right beside me to help me count, makes sure that I don't do the repetitions too fast or too slow, and watches that I'm doing them correctly. My instructor's friendliness, extensive knowledge of the Pilates program, and the professionalism with which she carries it out makes me want to continue coming back to Pinnacle Pilates. The studio is clean and inviting and contains the equipment and props needed for a great workout. I highly recommend Pinnacle Pilates if you want individual attention for your specific needs. Cathy
