I have had two treatments for laser hair removal and I am very pleased with my results so far. Staff is extremely friendly and answered all my questions about the procedure. I do not feel like products are being pushed on me like other aesthetic places I have been to. In managing my appointments, email is the best form of communication.
I have visited both buildings on Mayfield Drive in Franklin and have recently noticed very positive changes in the staff attentiveness, wait time/staying on schedule, helpfulness of reception area and the information I was given. Winter, the laser tech is doing a wonderful job. I drive over three hours and it is worth the drive.

The atmosphere was very inviting and cozy. My aesthetician, Ashley, was very professional and considerate. I definitely felt very taken care of throughout the entire appointment. I will be returning for sure!
What an AMAZING experience I had at Evolve Laser, Aesthetic an Skincare Center! I went in for Botox and found the atmosphere incredible, relaxing and, most of all, extremely professional. Erin, who performed my procedure, is an absolutely warm, caring and very talented professional who explained the procedure thoroughly. I couldn't be any more pleased with the service and, only after a few days, I have INCREDIBLE RESULTS! If you're searching for a service provider look no further! The onsite staff and the techs performing the treatments are great. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. However, unless you have an abundance of extra money in your account, do not, I repeat DO NOT sign up for the monthly contracted services. I noticed an additional charge on my account. I called and was told, they did not bill my card for three months and then took four months worth of charges out of my account without any type of prior notification that they had billing issues. I take responsibility for not noticing it, but the inconsistent billing could have resulted in overdraft fees and other financial problems. When talking with the woman (I won't mention her name), there was no apology or any offer to compensate for the mistake. I'm not out for getting something for nothing, but this is unacceptable billing practices and bad customer service.
