I work one block away from this business, and have been driving by it for 7 years. As I was getting ready for a bathroom remodel, and needed to pick out some fixtures, I stopped in on my lunch break. The showroom look great - but not a soul in the place - no customers, no sales reps - empty. Went over to the service counter next door and asked for some sales assistance. The young woman told me it would only be a few minutes - she was finishing her lunch! Excuse me?? I was already there for 10 min, and wasted 15 min of my time. Asked the man behind the service counter what was up, and he responded with a mouth full of food - "Make an appointment!" The woman say this and flipped her head and roll her eyes - "Okay, I guess I'm done!
