The PA-C and owner, Rob Tomsett, is an awesome provider and cares deeply about his patients. The women's health NP on staff, Krystal Lynch, only added to the value of this healthcare team when she began practicing there! She makes her patients comfortable and treats them professionally! I highly recommend them and have referred my friends here as well. It can't get much better: you can pay them cash for exactly what services and labs you need with no insurance middle man!
Everyone was extremely kind and super efficient. Test results always came back fast. All together very pleased.
Great if you have a cold, or minor issues. I went to GracePointe for a while, and it was great for thyroid screenings and routine issues. The clinic began to feel more like a chiropractor's office as they began to push supplements and offer Botox. The clinic did not have the medical team to treat more complicated issues as they arose, and Rob made several comments that were less than helpful and incorrectly judgemental during an already difficult time.
Quick appointment, long time with medical staff, reasonable pricing, diagnostic discount. Can't really remember when going to the doc was ever like this. Making list of people to tell about it.
