I love my upgraded wedding ring set! It is stunning! Thank you Davis for helping my husband redesign it and for going out of your way (after hour travel etc...) to locate and procure the additional diamonds. And to Lon for doing the meticulous and detailed jewelry work itself. It was very important to us to keep as much of the original design and stones (for obvious sentimental reasons) while still creating a newer and updated version. I couldn't be more in love with it! My fiancee and I went in there on a whim looking to get some ring resizing done on a wedding set, and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the turnaround time was exceptional (less than 24 hours as a matter of fact) as they have a professional jeweler on site. We had the rings appraised soon after and everything checked out. Most importantly, the rings look and fit wonderfully! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I love Grogan Jewelers. The rep, Davis was a dream to work with. All other stores felt like I was just another customer, but here I felt focused on and super important. At other stores, they tried to get me to pay 3x as much as I could, trying to continually up sell me. Here, Davis continually worked with me to find the perfect ring at the perfect price. I would never go anywhere else. Customer service is supreme here.
