Helped a friend move in the rain, the back roads to get to the back units have a gravel section of road and it flooded out pretty bad. Makes me wonder what happens if the water gets really high will it get to the units in the back?
New owners are doing a much better job running the facility. Making needed repairs to rental units. They are also in the office on a more reliable schedule.
Reasonably priced. Access is convenient. I would do business with them again.
